Our Simple Hail Repair Process
Hail damage is stressful, so the goal is to make repairs as easy and straightforward as possible for you.
1. Initial inspection
A team member will meet you where it works best for you—at your home, workplace, or at our shop—to review the hail damage at no cost or obligation. During this visit, you’ll get an honest assessment of the damage and whether your vehicle fits our repair program.
2. Insurance claim support
If your vehicle qualifies, we help you through the process of opening or finalizing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you have already filed a claim, we review it with you and help determine whether an additional inspection or supplemental estimate is needed.
3. Rental vehicle assistance
If your policy includes rental coverage, we coordinate the rental setup so you have transportation while your vehicle is being repaired. If your insurance does not cover a rental, we can provide a rental vehicle at no cost to you for the duration of the repair. For added convenience, valet-style pickup and drop-off options are available in many cases.
4. Ongoing updates
Throughout the repair, your representative keeps you in the loop with regular status updates so you always know where your vehicle is in the process and what to expect next.
5. Vehicle delivery and documentation
After repairs are complete, we arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your vehicle or have it brought back to you, depending on the services you choose. You will also receive documentation of the completed hail repair for your records and insurance.
